As Founder, CEO and Chairman, Anderson provides Anderson Thomas Consulting with exemplary leadership and drives our strategic direction. He is a former U.S. Army Intelligence Analyst and Business Operations Manager for Cisco Systems with over 20 years of experience in Information Technology.
Being ITIL V3 Foundation certified, his background includes leading EPA IT support for Hurricane Katrina at the EPA Emergency Operations Center (EOC), managing enterprise-level voice deployments, Portfolio Management, Project Management, risk analysis and operational planning. He has management expertise that encompasses large Network Operation Centers (NOC), system development, mission-critical system operations, large network upgrades and leading large teams.
In 2000, Anderson served as President of the successful start-up Intellicomm Technologies, LLC. which specialized in wired, wireless and satellite communication products and services. Intellicomm Technologies' serviced small, medium and enterprise clients throughout the Maryland, DC and Virginia areas.
His passion for technology and desire to provide first-class services make him a valuable asset to Anderson Thomas Consulting.

Pugh is a member of the Anderson Thomas Consulting Executive Committee and sits on the firm's Investment and Acquisition committee. He leads a team of employees who are accountable for delivering business and IT solutions designed to enable customers to achieve their business goals. This talented group includes technical service delivery, operations and project managers. Together, their advanced technical skills and expertise help our clients select, design, build, implement and manage advanced technical solutions.
Prior to joining Anderson Thomas Consulting, Pugh held a Management Consultant role where he managed a team of 50+ engineers for Cisco Systems, Inc. During his Marine tenure he was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal. He is a member of the Non-Commissioned Officers Association (NCOA), member of Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for Veterans with Disabilities Cohort I (EBV) and is a champion for economic empowerment and green technology.
Pugh holds a BS degree in Technical Project Management and is a graduate from Saint Joseph’s University, Haub School of Business (EBV).
